We started with an excisable manufacturing unit, with small scale production in-house. But with growing demands and items, we adopted hub-and-spoke model in manufacturing to improve efficiency of our supply chain. As shown above, we have different SPMs installed at our new factory located on kansumra road in Jamnagar.
Rotary machines - For maufacturing precision electrical terminals for switch and sockets, we have in total 16 rotary SPMs. These SPMs come with 4 to 7 drills in order to carry out different operations on terminals.
All purpose cutting machine - This new age high-speed cutting machine is designed to cut brass rods of different shape into different sizes, with minimal modification on machine. 2 of such machines we have, having very high speed and precision. Both combined, can cut upto 1 lac pieces in a single day!
Sal cutting machine - This is a different type of cutting machine, essential to Manufacture electrical sockets and socket terminals. 14 such machines we have inhouse.
Sheet Indexing machine - This new age semi-automatic indexing machine is used to make riveting sheet part with terminal easier. It is more precise and improves quality over manual riveting machine. Total 4 such machines.
Wire drawing machine - Used to draw raw extrusion brass rods, this machine gives finish and required elongation to brass rods.
Deburring & washing machine - One of the most essential machine used to finish any component Manufacturing, our deburring machine not only removes burr from components, but can also wash brass components.
Having great control over raw material purchase and quality, we provide brass rods to our vendors, where most machineries are installed by us. They process rods for further operations as per our desired measurements and drawings, and deliver us the finished goods. Goods are then checked at our main hub for quality, and then further process of plating and dispatch is carried out.
Given our modus operandi of manufacturing, our management and production is more efficient and faster. Scaling it up and increasing capacity can be done in a very short period of time. The only question remains is how much quantity you want and with what precision?
